This was inspired by the White Wolf's game "Werewolf: Apocalypse", specifically the "Freak Legion" book... The hollow man is described as an empty human skin full of vermins... i saw a lot of possibilities in there and had to draw one of those; mine is rat-stuffed... now i'm thinking of leaf through that book and draw some other freak...
